2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The plant arrived damaged, diseased, or in poor condition
  • You received the wrong plant or product
  • The plant does not match the description on our website
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted. Please note that due to the living nature of our products, we require photographic evidence of any issues with the plant upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Plants that have been repotted or transplanted after delivery
  • Plants that show signs of neglect or improper care after delivery
  • Plants returned without prior authorization
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital products

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Include clear photographs showing the condition of the plant and packaging
  4. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return authorization

Please do not return items without first receiving authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the plant arrived damaged, diseased, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs
  • If you are returning the plant for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep your tracking information

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following terms:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items if you received a damaged or defective plant. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange rather than a refund. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship a replacement plant to you at no additional cost.

If you would like to exchange your plant for a different variety, please return the original plant following our return process and place a new order for the plant you prefer. This ensures you receive your new plant as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We take every precaution to ensure your plants arrive safely, but sometimes issues occur during shipping. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the plant and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials for inspection if needed
  • Do not discard the plant until we have reviewed your claim
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or store credit

Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections such as small tears in leaves or slight discoloration are normal and do not qualify for returns. Plants are living organisms and may have minor variations from the photos on our website.

9. Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your plant will arrive healthy and in good condition. However, once the plant is in your care, its health depends on proper care and environmental conditions. We cannot accept returns for plants that decline due to improper care after delivery.

If you are experiencing issues with your plant after it has been in your care, we encourage you to contact our customer service team for care advice and troubleshooting tips. We are here to help you succeed with your plants.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire. If you prefer store credit over a refund, please let us know when initiating your return.

12. Seasonal Considerations

During extreme weather conditions (very hot or very cold temperatures), we may delay shipments to ensure plant safety. If weather conditions in your area are not suitable for shipping, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date. These delays are for the protection of your plants and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

13. International Returns

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders. All returns must be shipped to our US address.
